Meeting: Staying Current with Industry Changes

Let's discuss how training professionals stay current with changes in the training industry and technology. What are the best blogs, magazines, newsletters, seminars, conferences, websites, and other resources that give you the biggest bang for your buck?

While we all know that we don’t have a lot of free time to spend on this, we also know it is incredibly important. Come prepared to share your favorites with other training professionals and leave with some too!

All GV-ASTD members and their guests are welcome to this Corporate Learning & Development Council meeting. The Corporate Learning & Development Council is a special interest group (SIG) that meets periodically to explore specific L&D topics. This meeting is free to all GV-ASTD members and the first two meetings are free to non-members.

Cater Trax - Located in Village Gate. Although the street address is Goodman St., turn down Anderson Avenue and go down to the SECOND entrance to Village Gate, near the intersection of Anderson and Merriman St. Look for the parking lot entrance by Sedgewick. The building to enter is called The Lofts (big grey words on top of the building). Call 704-1770 if you need directions.
