ATD Rochester is proud to join the ATD Mid-Atlantic Regional Webinar Series this spring. This monthly series is offered by the ATD Mid-Atlantic Chapters Regional Programs Consortium, which is comprised of the following ATD chapters:

ATD Mid-Atlantic Regional Webinar Programs are pre-approved through the ATD Greater Philadelphia Chapter by the ATD Certification Institute for continuing education credits. These credits are based on the ATD Capability Model may be applied towards recertification by Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credential holders.

Cooperatively, these chapters bring together the very best speakers from around all our networks to provide world-class presenters and content.

As an ATD chapter, we're expected to meet Chapter Affiliation Requirements (CARE). We're proud to once again be recognized by ATD National for going above and beyond, exceeding these requirements to achieve CARE Plus chapter status for 2024. Our efforts to grow the ROC ATD chapter are aimed at providing value and strengthening this community for our members.

We are very honored to be awarded Chapter of the Month by our National ATD.  We were able to submit a special "Sharing our Success" for our DEI activities. We also were featured on their REAL Talk gathering of ATD leaders where we shared our purpose, strategy, activities, and our challenges.

We are proud to have earned national recognition for achieving high levels of chapter activity and direction. CARE PLUS is determined by National ATD as best practices  PLUS additional categories attained by a chapter.
