Chapter Updates 

This spring ATD Rochester will be offering virtual facilitator training led by Rochester's own Kassy LaBorie, a 25-year virtual training veteran, author, consultant, and globally recognized facilitator and presenter. In this 8-session certification, participants will have the opportunity to engage with Kassy in the same way she consults with her clients, receiving coaching and guidance directly from an industry pioneer and virtual training expert. Participants will earn a Virtual Facilitator certification they can add to their resumes and profiles, and will develop materials ready for immediate application.

As an ATD chapter, we're expected to meet Chapter Affiliation Requirements (CARE). We're proud to once again be recognized by ATD National for going above and beyond, exceeding these requirements to achieve CARE Plus chapter status for 2024. Our efforts to grow the ROC ATD chapter are aimed at providing value and strengthening this community for our members.

We are very honored to be awarded Chapter of the Month by our National ATD.  We were able to submit a special "Sharing our Success" for our DEI activities. We also were featured on their REAL Talk gathering of ATD leaders where we shared our purpose, strategy, activities, and our challenges.

We are proud to have earned national recognition for achieving high levels of chapter activity and direction. CARE PLUS is determined by National ATD as best practices  PLUS additional categories attained by a chapter.
