Learning & Development Mindset of Millennials

The Millennial generation is projected to become the largest generation in the United States workforce. Millennials are defined roughly as those born between 1977 and 1997.  

Unlike their parents who learned through classroom lectures, books, handouts, and live discussions, millennials are much more comfortable learning virtually, including websites, online discussions, and videos. They also quickly access Google or YouTube to better understand or research any topic that interests them. We will explore best practices to adapt and develop learning resources to maximize millennial engagement and results.
