Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) can greatly enhance the training material you’re working on, and there’s an art to it. Let’s discuss how to get the best and most impactful information from a SME, and how best to “right the ship” when things go awry.

Park across the street in the Goodwill store parking lot. Entrance is under a large concrete/glass canopy, south end of building.

7:30 - 8:00 AM: Connect with peers, gather questions for discussion.
8:00-9:00 AM: Program

This is a special interest group (SIG) meeting. SIG meetings are free to members, and the first 2 SIG meetings are free to non-members.
