Welcome to the ATD Organization Development Special Interest Group. 

Organizational Development can be defined as an organization wide planned change resulting in increased organization effectiveness by applying behavioral-science knowledge.

We meet on the second Thursday of the month at Medaille College, 1880 S. Winton Rd (near 590) in the Cambridge Place complex in rm 112 from 12-2 so our first meeting will be Th 9/13.

For our first meeting of the season, please bring your ideas, topics, activities, books, videos that you are interested in and want to share with others. We'll develop a list and narrow down the topics that we would like to cover in the coming months.
