Creative Skill Building looks at the mental processes we use to create innovative solutions and introduces participants to tools and techniques for enhancing the innovative thinking of individuals and groups. Emphasis is placed on exercising those mental functions responsible for idea generation that leads to innovative solutions.

Chris Comparetta and Aimee Fien have over 20 years of experience deploying organization effectiveness interventions and delivering leadership development programs.
