Welcome to the ATD Organization Development Special Interest Group. 

Can you type? Many organizations use some kind of workplace instrument or personality assessment such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DISC or the Big Five to help understand their employees and manage performance.

Can You Type? is the title of a recent article in the New Yorker questioning the use of workplace assessments. In this era of evidence grounded decision making, what are they really based on and do they work any better than horoscopes?  Come to the Feb Organization Development Community of Practice (formerly OD SIG) to discuss your experience.
