After the last 14 months, many of us have reflected on what we have learned about ourselves and about our resilience as learning professionals. But what have we learned that we don't want to do anymore as learning professionals? What does not serve us? As we think about the "new normal" what no longer works in our virtual learning delivery? How will we take the best of our lessons learned into the next phase of the virtual workplace experience?  Join the conversation to share or learn from others.
