Grounding our work environments in guiding principles that promote the diversity, equity and inclusion of all people is ever more important to meeting the needs of multifaceted discussions and innovative solutions.

The success of today’s workforce is dependent on committing to key social and behavioral factors.

This program introduces foundational tools for healthy DEI conversations, in which we will:

• Explore qualities of group design
• Understand the importance of social agreements
• Practice the consideration of different perspectives
• Leverage specific mechanisms for facilitating effective DEI discussions
