The Adult Learners Assessment Toolbox

BOCES 2 Center for Workforce Development offers an array of adult learning programs.  These include, but not are not limited to, middle skills job training programs; adult literacy programs such as GED® and ESOL; evening community continuing education programs; and customized training. Learn how these programs were designed to best meet the learning needs and the goals of the adult population served.  During this session, needs assessment and instructional strategies recognizing multiple intelligence and intergenerational Intelligence models will be discussed.
