Everything we do as learning professionals is aimed at engaging employees to affect change. Yet, finding ways to engage employees (beyond offering baked goods) is a continuous challenge.  Come share your experiences and learn from others on how we can better engage our employees to take ownership of their own learning.

Directions: Exit 490 at Goodman St.  Head south.  After immediately crossing S. Clinton Ave. turn right into the Wilson Farms parking lot. Crossroads is on the left side of S. Goodman (behind The Cinema), but they asked that we park across the street as parking is limited.  Call Jennifer at 704-1770 for any questions about the directions or the program.

Council Vision: To sustain a high-level network for training and development professionals who are responsible for developing and implementing strategic training initiatives within their organizations in the local business community at which they are employed.
