The contents of this 2-day workshop, which will be facilitated by Michelle Lewis (Certified Crucial Conversations© and Crucial Accountability Trainer©), are based on the results of studying hundreds of highly influential individuals of all levels in various organizations.  Studies found that the single most identifiable skill in these individuals was their ability to navigate conversations with differing opinions, high stakes, and strong emotions. They were able to be completely candid and completely respectful when oftentimes, people feel that in order to get important information on the table, they must choose between the two.  The skills presented in this workshop are designed to help us create safety and stay in dialogue.
