Branding and Visioning our L&D Teams

How an organization perceives their L&D team influences the impact learning professionals can make. Are you viewed as a transactional part of HR or as strategic partners? How do you position yourself to your customers (aka your employees)? Learning has a stake at the table. Let’s share our experiences and lessons learned about creating a L&D vision and brand to significantly move an organization forward.

Event begins at 7:30 am for meet, greet and gather questions for discussion.  Program runs from 8:00 am to 9:00am

Park in lot across the street in Goodwill Store parking lot. Entrance to building is under a large concrete/glass canopy. Conference room on first floor, immediately on the left when you enter the building.

This is a Community of Practice (CoP) meeting. CoP meetings are free to members, and the first 2 CoP meetings are free to non-members.
