The Roc ATD DEI Community of Practice (CoP) is thrilled to introduce an enhanced format for our upcoming meetings! Our DEI CoP has flourished into a vibrant network of practitioners, enthusiasts, and experts dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. In our commitment to continual improvement, we are embracing a fresh approach to our gatherings.

Our new framework revolves around fostering interactive forums that offer coaching and consulting resources through open discussions. At these sessions, any CoP member can raise questions, share challenges, express concerns, or seek insights on DEI-related topics. Together, we'll draw from our collective lived experiences, lessons learned, and best practices to address these inquiries.
