Session Description:
A skills-powered organization (SPO) is driven by an organizational skills taxonomy to ensure talent has the right skills to adapt and evolve with their client’s changing needs. It places skills at the center of all talent practices, process, and decisions.
The purpose of this workshop is to provide an overview of skills intelligence and how it can be used for an organization of any size or industry. The facilitators will also share a high-level blueprint with insights and lessons learned on implementing a skills intelligence solution to address business use cases.
