John Rodriguez, MA, is a nationally recognized organizational development coach and consultant specializing in systems and social change. With a deep focus on change, equity, and connection principles, John helps groups tackle complex challenges to achieve ambitious goals. Having worked with hundreds of teams across 37 states, he has a wealth of experience guiding organizations through adaptive learning and transformative growth. A former Rockefeller Foundation Fellow and Senior KJCG Change Consultant, John co-designed the "Five Tasks of Adaptation," a pioneering method for helping people and organizations navigate change effectively. His approach is grounded in building inclusive learning environments that empower individuals and foster collaboration, driving innovation and sustainable success in today’s evolving landscape.
JoAnne Sims
JoAnne Sims has had a long and successful career in learning and development. She has designed, developed and delivered training and programs on organization development, leadership, diversity, change management, team development, stress reduction, coaching and career transition. For many years she taught in the Master of Organizational Leadership program at Medaille College. JoAnne is a long standing member of ROCATD and has served on the board as VP of Program Development and coordinated the Communities of Practice. In her spare time she teaches Tai Chi.
