Having worked with hundreds of teams across 37 states, he has a wealth of experience guiding organizations through adaptive learning and transformative growth. A former Rockefeller Foundation Fellow and Senior KJCG Change Consultant, John co-designed the "Five Tasks of Adaptation," a pioneering method for helping people and organizations navigate change effectively.
