Please join us to welcome TJ from Chicago as he provides an in-depth look at measuring critical programs like leadership development, sales training and on-boarding and why it is vital to program managers.  The session will then go through the major elements of a measurement plan to successfully and comprehensively generate quantitative and qualitative metrics in a timely and practical manner with limited resources.  Examples of tools such as a key performance indicator matrix, a communication plan, sample smart sheet evaluations and sample reports, including dashboards, will be shared.

Background
Thomas Kupchick (TJ), a Measurement Specialist at KnowledgeAdvisors, works as a member of the consulting team that offers a suite of products and services focusing on learning measurement and management. He has worked closely with a wide range of national and international clients both within and outside KnowledgeAdvisors to improve learning and development programs. His primary focus has been working with companies to identify their current state of measurement and evaluation maturity and providing solutions to strengthen their current measurement processes. He also has a background in data analysis and statistics as well survey design, dashboard creation, and evaluation planning. Before KnowledgeAdvisors, TJ worked in the Human Resources space and was an internal consultant on talent management, diversity initiatives, and job analysis.
