2023 ATD ROCHESTER BOARD
Leanne E. Reed is the CEO of Hubbub Solutions. She brings a unique blend of humor, candid truth, and expertise to her clients. Presently, her company, Hubbub Solutions, provides coaching for executives, leaders, and teams. The core of her work is creating courageous conversations, high performance competencies and transforming through transitions. Consultation on organizational development and branding is also provided. Leanne’s leadership experience includes corporate and not for profit sectors as well as launching three businesses of her own. While in senior leadership roles she was responsible for culture change, organization development, strategic planning and implementation, quality improvement, change management, succession planning, leader and team development, training, fundraising, community relations and marketing. Community involvement has included serving on eight boards, teaching at Nazareth College and committee work for over 30 organizations. Leanne is a Certified Leadership/Life Coach, Certified Career Management Coach, Certified Behavioral Analyst and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. |

Landon Gray | Landon Gray is a Senior Software Consultant at Test Double. In his time as a consultant, he has worked for various organizations in several industries including a Fortune 500 Company. He strives to be an empathy driven problem solver and enjoys helping clients find and implement solutions to their most challenging technical problems. Landon enjoys volunteering and giving back. He graduated Abilene Christian University with a B.A in Computer Science. He stays active in the community, most recently being a mentor to students and serving as a volunteer on a visiting committee of alumni technical professionals. While he was on this committee he helped review his alma mater's academic program for ABET accreditation. |
Nancy Curtis is the Vice President, Content for Logical Operations, the world’s leading provider of instructor-led technology-training curriculum. In this role, Nancy directs the development of all Logical Operations’ CHOICE instructional products. Nancy has decades of experience developing and delivering both technical and soft-skills training programs for business professionals. She is passionate about the Logical Operations instructional approach, and loves to evangelize about the CHOICE product model. Besides serving as Secretary for ROCATD, Nancy is the long-time coordinator for Logical Operations’ Meals on Wheels Adopt-A-Route team, and is an 18-gallon Red Cross blood donor. Nancy holds a B. Mus. degree summa cum laude from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, and the M.Mus. from the Eastman School of Music. She remains active as a vocal soloist and in local church music. A native of the Chicago area, Nancy loves living in beautiful upstate New York. |
Ann Horn-Jeddy is currently Assistant Director, Medaille College Rochester Campus. She is a lifelong learner and is passionate in helping students recognize their full educational potential. Ann has been an adjunct instructor in both on-ground and virtual classes in organizational culture, management, leadership, and systems thinking. Prior to working in education Ann has over a decade of experience managing restaurants, coaching, mentoring, and training in the hospitality industry. She earned her MA in Organizational Leadership and a BBA in Management from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York. She is an Alum of Leadership Rochester program. In addition to serving on the ATD Board, Ann has served on the Action for a Better Community Policy Board that promotes and provides opportunities for low-income families to become self-sufficient. In her spare time, she leads a 100-plot community garden and grows food for the Brighton Food Cupboard. She enjoys baking, spends time practicing yoga, golfing, and camping with her family. |
Bob Peter is the founder/president of Insights2Improvement, Inc. He has partnered with organizations across industries and regions to improve leadership and team effectiveness. He is a certified provider of Wiley Inscape (Catalyst Everything DiSC/Agile EQ) and TTI Success Insights suite of talent assessment tools. Bob provides train-the-trainer programs for all assessment tools internalizing the expertise and capability of delivery maximizing returns on investment. Bob is passionate about training (in-person and virtual) delivery, facilitation, and coaching. His core business focuses on designing leaderhip development programs for high potentials incorporating assessment, a variety of learning methods, and small group coaching. The Insights2Leadership framework links learning, application, and leader growth. He is a father of four, loves fishing, and spending time with his family on the water. |
