Leanne E. Reed   

Leanne E. Reed is the CEO of Hubbub Solutions. She brings a unique blend of humor, candid truth, and expertise to her clients. Presently, her company, Hubbub Solutions, provides coaching for executives, leaders, and teams. The core of her work is creating courageous conversations, high performance competencies and transforming through transitions.  Consultation on organizational development and branding is also provided.

Leanne’s leadership experience includes corporate and not for profit sectors as well as launching three businesses of her own. While in senior leadership roles she was responsible for culture change, organization development, strategic planning and implementation, quality improvement, change management, succession planning,  leader and team development, training, fundraising, community relations and marketing.

Community involvement has included serving on eight boards, teaching at Nazareth College and  committee work for over 30 organizations. Leanne is a Certified Leadership/Life Coach, Certified Career Management Coach, Certified Behavioral Analyst and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Catherine Majane

Catherine Majane is an executive coach and Human Resources consultant with over twenty five years of experience as an executive coach, entrepreneur, independent consultant and corporate HR executive. She has worked with managers and executives in a wide array of industries, including high technology, consumer products, professional services and financial services. Her primary areas of expertise include:

After leaving the large corporate environment, Catherine founded and led two professional services firms focused on providing interim professionals and consulting expertise to small to medium-sized businesses and organizations.

Catherine earned her M.B.A. in Industrial Relations and Marketing from The Weather head School of Management, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and a B.A. in Sociology & Psychology from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. She also completed a certification from Creative Energy Options in Executive Leadership Training and Coaching in 2003. Catherine completed the Certificate Program in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University in 2010

VP Professional Development

Caley Ferguson

Caley Ferguson’s passion for talent development has guided her career as an adult educator and an advocate for the importance of quality growth and development opportunities within organizations and communities. She has over a decade of experience creating and delivering instructor-led and computer-based learning solutions in a variety of markets. As the Manager of Employee Experience for Baldwin Richardson Foods, Caley is responsible for developing and executing programs which build human capabilities, create employee engagement, maintain a philosophy of employee development, and align internal communications, all with the focus of creating a culture of belonging. 

Caley is a Literacy*AmeriCorps Alumna who holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature with minors in Creative Writing and Gender Studies from West Virginia Wesleyan College as well as Project Leadership and Project Management Certifications from Cornell University. She is currently working towards earning a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Strategic Innovation and Change Management from Colorado State University (Global Campus).

In addition to serving on the ATD Board, Caley also serves as Mayor of The Forest Lawn Neighborhood Association Board. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, camping, gardening and spending quality time with her loved ones.

VP Diversity and Inclusion

Stanley Byrd

Stanley Byrd, Ed. D. serves as the Associate Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for the University of Rochester Medical Center's (URMC) Primary Care Network. In 2021, Byrd created his company, NorthStar Consulting Circle, which focuses on professional, personal, and spiritual coaching, and leadership development.

Stanley is a servant leader who has a broad background in working with non-profit, community-based organizations and healthcare throughout the greater Rochester Metropolitan Area. His leadership and experience span more than thirty years. Other areas of expertise include Leadership development, human resources management, staff training and development, organizational development, diversity, equity, inclusion training, and program development.

Byrd serves as the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Association for Talent and Development-Rochester Chapter as well as a Board Member for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO).  

Dr. Byrd is a graduate of Saint John Fisher College, from which he earned a doctorate in Executive Leadership and is a Certified Associate Coach through the International Coach Federation. 

VP Membership

Beth McNeill

Beth has a background in adult education, training and development and most recently,  instructional design. She currently does contract work in instructional design for a local  company that provides online continuing medical education for EMS and First Responders as  well as recruiting for an insurance agency. 

Beth taught emergency medical services (EMS) courses for 25+ years and was a practicing  Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for 28 years in her community. Additionally, she wrote  and published a case studies book for EMT students and practitioners.  

Beth has served on the Board of Directors for Brighton Volunteer Ambulance for 3 different  terms, one of those terms serving as Secretary on the Executive Board. Additionally, she served  in a variety of operational roles. 

Beth is from a small town outside of Syracuse, NY, but has called Rochester home for over 30 years. She has a Master of Science degree in Adult Education/Training and Development from  Buffalo State College. She is married, has two adult daughters, and two rescue dogs, Lucy and  Duncan. During the summer she can be found on her 30’ Monterey cruiser, Lake House II.

VP Technology

Landon Gray

Landon Gray is a Senior Software Consultant at Test Double. In his time as a consultant, he has worked for various organizations in several industries including a Fortune 500 Company. He strives to be an empathy driven problem solver and enjoys helping clients find and implement solutions to their most challenging technical problems. Landon enjoys volunteering and giving back. He graduated Abilene Christian University with a B.A in Computer Science. He stays active in the community, most recently being a mentor to students and serving as a volunteer on a visiting committee of alumni technical professionals. While he was on this committee he helped review his alma mater's academic program for ABET accreditation.

Landon is a voracious learner and is always reading something new. Currently he is pursuing a certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Business Applications. In his free time Landon spends time with his family and enjoys traveling to visit friends.


Nancy Curtis

Nancy Curtis is the Vice President, Content for Logical Operations, the world’s leading provider of instructor-led technology-training curriculum.  In this role, Nancy directs the development of all Logical Operations’ CHOICE instructional products. Nancy has decades of experience developing and delivering both technical and soft-skills training programs for business professionals. She is passionate about the Logical Operations instructional approach, and loves to evangelize about the CHOICE product model. 

Besides serving as Secretary for ROCATD, Nancy is the long-time coordinator for Logical Operations’ Meals on Wheels Adopt-A-Route team, and is an 18-gallon Red Cross blood donor.

Nancy holds a B. Mus. degree summa cum laude from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, and the M.Mus. from the Eastman School of Music. She remains active as a vocal soloist and in local church music. A native of the Chicago area, Nancy loves living in beautiful upstate New York.

VP University Relations

Ann Horn-Jeddy

Ann Horn-Jeddy is currently Assistant Director, Medaille College Rochester Campus. She is a lifelong learner and is passionate in helping students recognize their full educational potential. Ann has been an adjunct instructor in both on-ground and virtual classes in organizational culture, management, leadership, and systems thinking. 

Prior to working in education Ann has over a decade of experience managing restaurants, coaching, mentoring, and training in the hospitality industry.  She earned her MA in Organizational Leadership and a BBA in Management from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York.  She is an Alum of Leadership Rochester program.

In addition to serving on the ATD Board, Ann has served on the Action for a Better Community Policy Board that promotes and provides opportunities for low-income families to become self-sufficient.    

In her spare time, she leads a 100-plot community garden and grows food for the Brighton Food Cupboard.  She enjoys baking, spends time practicing yoga, golfing, and camping with her family.  ​

Bob Peter

Bob Peter is the founder/president of Insights2Improvement, Inc.  He has partnered with organizations across industries and regions to improve leadership and team effectiveness.  He is a certified provider of Wiley Inscape (Catalyst Everything DiSC/Agile EQ) and TTI Success Insights suite of talent assessment tools.  Bob provides train-the-trainer programs for all assessment tools internalizing the expertise and capability of delivery maximizing returns on investment.

Bob is passionate about training (in-person and virtual) delivery, facilitation, and coaching.  His core business focuses on designing leaderhip development programs for high potentials incorporating assessment, a variety of learning methods, and small group coaching.  The Insights2Leadership framework links learning, application, and leader growth.

He is a father of four, loves fishing, and spending time with his family on the water.
