Miss Cynthia Ely, is owner of The Refinement Studio LLC, and a UK Certified International Youth Etiquette Consultant. She has spent her life assisting individuals and organizations in developing into their fullness. She has 25 years experience in teaching, coaching, and training both children and adults, and in instructional design, organization development and process improvement. Currently, Miss Cynthia is a board director for the Soper-Wheeler Company, and New Zealand Redwood Company. She enjoys time in nature, loves water and snow activities, and values the time she spends with her family. |

Barbara Johnson is an E-learning Instructional Developer at Philips. She brings eight years of successful experience in writing and developing training courses. Before joining Philips, Barbara worked at Paychex as a Learning Designer, where she specialized in applying adult learning theories and creating engaging eLearning modules. As a firm believer in community service, she serves as the current Vice President of Social Media & Technology for ROCATD. For the past nine years, she’s also been a Girl Scout leader for her daughter’s troop. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and hiking in the Adirondacks with her husband Craig, 14-year-old daughter Dagny, and eight-pound chihuahua Lucy. |
Nancy Curtis is the Vice President, Content for Logical Operations, the world’s leading provider of instructor-led technology-training curriculum. In this role, Nancy directs the development of all Logical Operations’ CHOICE instructional products. Nancy has decades of experience developing and delivering both technical and soft-skills training programs for business professionals. She is passionate about the Logical Operations instructional approach, and loves to evangelize about the CHOICE product model. Besides serving as Secretary for ROCATD, Nancy is the long-time coordinator for Logical Operations’ Meals on Wheels Adopt-A-Route team, and is an 18-gallon Red Cross blood donor. Nancy holds a B. Mus. degree summa cum laude from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, and the M.Mus. from the Eastman School of Music. She remains active as a vocal soloist and in local church music. A native of the Chicago area, Nancy loves living in beautiful upstate New York. |
Ann Horn-Jeddy is currently Assistant Director, Medaille College Rochester Campus. She is a lifelong learner and is passionate in helping students recognize their full educational potential. Ann has been an adjunct instructor in both on-ground and virtual classes in organizational culture, management, leadership, and systems thinking. Prior to working in education Ann has over a decade of experience managing restaurants, coaching, mentoring, and training in the hospitality industry. She earned her MA in Organizational Leadership and a BBA in Management from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York. She is an Alum of Leadership Rochester program. In addition to serving on the ATD Board, Ann has served on the Action for a Better Community Policy Board that promotes and provides opportunities for low-income families to become self-sufficient. In her spare time, she leads a 100-plot community garden and grows food for the Brighton Food Cupboard. She enjoys baking, spends time practicing yoga, golfing, and camping with her family. |
