    Session Speaker: Creative Design - Think Big! To Elevate Your Learner’s Experience

    Eric is a Learning Designer at Paychex, from Rochester, NY. He has been working within the field of education and instructional design since 2012. Eric graduated from SUNY Potsdam with a B.A. in History and Social Studies Education in 2012 and he received his M.Ed in Instructional Technologies from the University of South Florida in 2016. In 2018 Eric was a recipient of Elliot Maise’s Learning 2018 30-Under-30 program. Eric’s career goal is to inspire others to enable their creativity by focusing on the learner experience.

    Kevin VanderNaald, MA, PCC, has over 10 years of experience coaching, speaking, and training about leadership development and emotional intelligence.  Known for integrating fun and play into his workshops, he has supported hundreds of people as they more fully live their greatness.  In addition to his private practice, Kevin has led trainings, workshops, and retreats with two international organizations specializing in leadership development.  Kevin is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has a master's degree in economics which he leveraged for several years working at a top consulting firm in downtown Washington D.C. before leaving to live his greatness:  empowering and inspiring others.
